Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results in the non-domestic energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Take responsibility for the financial and operational performance of a department, including P&L responsibility.
- Ensure all customer obligations are satisfied, even when expectations are unrealistic.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage resources, planning, recruiting, and training to meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience of leading a team with P&L responsibility in the non-domestic energy supply sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to role model values and influence others.
- Experience of delivering income streams and controlling costs to deliver a contribution of up to £2m.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive improved performance.
- Strong communication skills, with experience of creating and managing highly motivated and engaged teams.
- Passionate about the development of colleagues.
- Able to provide an escalation point for consumers, excellent at written and verbal communication.
