About the Role

Ludham & Stalham Green Surgeries are seeking a dedicated community health nurse to become part of our dynamic team across two locations. About the Candidate

All applicants should possess the following qualifications, registrations, skills, and experience:

  • A relevant nursing degree.
  • Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Practice Nursing course (General Practice Nurse Foundation Programme) or equivalent experience.
  • Competence in conducting asthma, COPD, and diabetes clinics and reviews, holding relevant certifications.
  • Proven clinical skills and experience in treatment room consultations, phlebotomy, ECG recording, screening, management of chronic conditions, cervical cytology sampling, vaccinations, and assisting with minor surgeries.
  • A compassionate demeanor with an empathetic approach, demonstrating kindness in all aspects of work.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting chronic conditions.
  • Insight into current nursing issues and the broader NHS landscape.
