Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the transactional finance team and ensuring the smooth processing of income, expenditure, and cash/bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5 in the transactional finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Support the Head of Finance in providing management information and reconciling the database against the accounting system to ensure accuracy across the organization.
  • Focus on the credit control/accounts receivable side, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding debts.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable, with a minimum of 2 years' full-line management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor approach with different stakeholders.
  • Available to start within 4 weeks' notice.
