Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Finance Corporate Services Team, you will play a vital role in shaping our service delivery and making a significant impact in the challenging financial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and support to managers to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of resources within their control.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure optimum value for money is achieved.
  • Liaise closely with Divisional and Trust stakeholders to utilise your financial acumen to support in the development of annual plans and identification of key risks and mitigations.
  • Support and challenge in the development of business cases for investment.

Requirements:

  • Working towards CCAB/CGMA qualification.
  • Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.
  • A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post.
  • Knowledge of NHS finance and business planning regimes.
  • Appointing and managing staff.
  • Working with computerised financial systems.
  • Experience of using Capita Integra General Ledger, Crystal Reporting, and ESR (Electronic Staff Record).
