Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our dynamic team in the New Homes sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and business development
  • Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers and clients
  • Attending regular sales meetings and site visits
  • Meeting and exceeding targets through professional and quality advice

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage and protection advice
  • Proven track record of success in protection advice and recommendation
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
