Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is a Cleaning Operative position in a Women's Closed Category Prison. The prison is run by His Majesty's Prison Service. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties throughout the prison site.
- Vacuuming and maintaining the cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
- Mopping and sanitizing high-traffic areas.
- Emptying bins and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Cleaning surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
- Tidying and organizing storage areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carrying out cleaning tasks to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant authorities.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of cleaning experience.
