Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading procurement projects across various areas of spend, including FM, Repairs, Construction, IT, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement projects: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and added value.
  • Manage procurement forward plan: Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement key processes: Support the Procurement function by creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage a team: Lead a team of high-performing procurement professionals and support their development.
  • Commercial negotiations: Actively manage strategic relationships with suppliers and lead on commercial negotiations.
  • Public Procurement Regulations: Have strong knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and internal Group policies.
  • Procurement programme: Lead the team in developing and delivering the procurement programme through an effective business partnering approach.

Requirements:

  • Procurement experience: Strong end-to-end generalist procurement experience across indirect or direct services.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Public sector procurement: Ideally Public sector procurement background with experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Public Contract Regulations: Experience of Public Contract Regulations is a must and training for new procurement act.
  • Third-party management frameworks: Experience of developing and embedding third-party management frameworks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisation and prioritisation: Well-organised, process and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise quickly.
  • Commercial awareness: Commercially aware and financially astute.
