Business Support Senior Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Support Administrator to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited in Farnham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination of office operations
- Provide exceptional support to the office team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including MS Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
