About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Support Administrator to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited in Farnham. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination of office operations
  2. Provide exceptional support to the office team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tasks
  3. Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  2. GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above
  3. Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong IT skills, including MS Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  6. A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
