Freight Operations Planner

Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with drivers to ensure adherence to customer directives.
- Addressing drivers' inquiries and taking appropriate actions.
- Performing general administrative tasks and data entry.
- Managing bookings and processing/uploading Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
- Prior experience as a Transport Planner is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK transportation routes, motorways, towns, and cities.
- Familiarity with freight delivery and collection procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Training will be provided on the in-house software systems, including GTS and ESP.
