About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your scientific expertise in oncology or non-oncology disease areas, combined with your data analysis skills, to extract valuable insights from real-world data.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and provide regular progress reports.
- Develop innovative solutions that address the needs of multiple clients within our organization.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to improve experimental design, documentation, and innovation capture processes.
- Create new Diagnostic Deductive Pathways (DDPs), business rules, and eligibility criteria based on internal or client requests. Translate these pathways from process flow into actionable insights derived from medical claims and laboratory data within our data lake.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of business rules and eligibility criteria through cross-functional review and agreement with relevant teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our Large Language Model (LLM) by participating in annotation tasks within the Annotation Lab.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of business rules and logic for each project or product, ensuring repeatability and traceability.
- Conduct bespoke analyses, disease-specific projects, and in-depth patient journey analyses.
- Streamline data wrangling processes for the Insights & Evaluation (IES) team, particularly data analysts and business analysts.
- Stay abreast of data strategy trends within the team, identifying gaps and opportunities for data utilization.
- Implement rigorous data quality control processes at all stages.
- Provide training to colleagues across the company on our data sources and their applications.
