Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the practice is operating efficiently and effectively, and that our team members are supported and developed to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the practice is adhering to and achieving all operational standards, including smart booking and diary management.
  • Coach, mentor, train, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
