Key Responsibilities as an EMC Testing Engineer:

  • Establishing and executing a variety of EMC assessments while ensuring adherence to testing protocols
  • Designing and implementing customized tests to fulfill unique specifications
  • Documenting product performance and behavior during and post-testing, while generating clear and precise test documentation
  • Collaborating within a large team to coordinate testing operations and assist in the upkeep of testing facilities
  • Overseeing testing apparatus and reporting any irregularities or malfunctions
  • Engaging closely with clients to analyze and troubleshoot EMC test failures through thorough investigation

Qualifications for the EMC Testing Engineer Role:

  • A completed degree in an engineering field or equivalent credentials with a solid foundation in Physics
  • Extensive hands-on testing experience in a regulated testing environment, adhering to Automotive or Aerospace testing standards
  • Proficiency with testing, monitoring, and control equipment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients
