As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for assisting in completing construction projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates. Your duties will include:

  1. Collaborating with project management teams to ensure that bids are received and budgets are met.
  2. Liaising with subcontractors to obtain bids and negotiate estimates.
  3. Preparing comprehensive estimates for complex and large-scale projects.
  4. Developing and maintaining a library of pricing and output data to inform estimating decisions.

Required Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in main contractor construction, with experience managing projects from £5 million to £50 million across various sectors. You will also need to have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
