The Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating the product vision and strategy established by the Product Manager into actionable tasks for the development team. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product backlog is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Product Manager to comprehend and convey the product vision, strategy, and goals to the development team.
- Develop and oversee the product backlog, detailing user stories, feature specifications, and technical tasks.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Engage in sprint planning sessions, providing clear guidance and acceptance criteria for development tasks.
- Collaborate with the development team throughout sprints, addressing inquiries and offering feedback on progress.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that deliverables meet established acceptance criteria.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Product Managers, designers, and customers, to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Continuously assess the product's performance, gather insights, and propose enhancements for future iterations.

- Prior experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role is beneficial.
- A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
