Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing the procurement of vital automotive parts and services utilizing MRP systems to guarantee seamless, timely, and budget-compliant production.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and advantageous terms while ensuring the highest quality components.
- Expediting orders, addressing quality concerns, and fostering robust relationships with suppliers to support production timelines and product introductions.
- Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to promote continuous enhancement in the supply chain.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Skilled Negotiator: Demonstrated ability to obtain optimal deals while balancing quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and MS Project, with experience in an MRP/ERP-focused environment.
- Solution-Oriented: A determined approach to overcoming supply chain obstacles and ensuring superior component quality.
- Preferred Skill: Proficiency in Mandarin, which is advantageous for managing global supplier relationships.
