About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at SSE PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project requirements into control system solutions that can be deployed within our Transmission network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project requirements into control system solutions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and detailed requirements
  • Agree design deliverables and delivery programme with stakeholders
  • Negotiate and agree project scope, costs, and expectations with teams and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Significant experience in project management and control system design
  • Strong background in the design and implementation of Control & SCADA systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Working knowledge of CDM regulations and a keen focus on safety
