About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Salesforce platform, overseeing the Salesforce Development Team, and ensuring the integration, development, and maintenance of both new and existing features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Salesforce Development Team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage the team's workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Salesforce, adhering to best practices.
  • Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of new product functionality.
  • Collaborate with development scrum teams and IT groups to optimize the end-to-end process, including monitoring and deployment.
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
Requirements
  • Strong technical experience with Salesforce, including development and integration.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer (required).
  • Proven experience managing a team, including performance management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Salesforce.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing in Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
