High Net Worth Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled High Net Worth Underwriter to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting Art and Private Client products, working across both direct and broker distribution channels, and Household, Motor and Travel insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities- Meet set targets each month, including profitability, GWP, conversion and retention, amongst others.
- Develop sales skills and appreciation of sales and underwriting strategy, in collaboration with wider teams and regions.
- Negotiate with both internal and external parties, and identify points of contact within brokers.
- Challenge non-standard underwriting decisions, leveraging the expertise of Product Specialists and Underwriting Managers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive profitable growth.
- Previous experience within Personal Lines Underwriting is essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ideal candidate will have Dip CII qualification.
