Serve as the voice of the end-user; possess a thorough understanding of customer feedback, ensuring needs and requirements are well-defined; guarantee that team outputs meet established acceptance criteria. Own the team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value. Enhance the flow of value by establishing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions. Share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in operational methods within a value stream. Cultivate an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team atmosphere, promoting a positive culture that encourages collaboration and self-organization.
