Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, identifying opportunities to purchase new items and optimize inventory.
- Vendor Research: Conduct thorough research on potential vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships to secure the best deals.
- Order Tracking: Ensure timely delivery of orders, following up with suppliers as needed to resolve any issues.
- Database Management: Update internal databases with order details, including dates, quantities, vendors, and discounts.
- Market Research: Analyze pricing trends and conduct research to identify the best deals for the company.
- Negotiation: Evaluate vendor offers and negotiate better prices to optimize costs.
- Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost analyses to inform purchasing decisions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts.
