An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Norfolk Primary Care, working as a pharmacist within a Primary Care Network in Norwich. You will be based at Roundwell Medical Centre within West Norwich Primary Care Network.
Main Duties of the JobWe are looking for a clinical pharmacist who will be an integral part of the general practice team as well as part of a wider pharmacist network. They will improve patients' health outcomes and the efficiency of the Primary Care team by providing direct, accessible, and timely medicines expertise. They will work to optimise medication issues to improve patient care, safety, and support clinical staff in the management of patients.

We are keen to add to our clinical workforces and have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to work within one of our Primary Care Networks (PCNs), West Norwich PCN.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe post holder is a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, working alongside a team of pharmacists in general practice and within the Primary Care Network. They will improve patients' health outcomes and the efficiency of the Primary Care team by providing direct, accessible, and timely medicines expertise including face to face contact with patients. They will work to optimise medication issues to improve patient care, safety, and support clinical staff in the management of patients.
