Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Interface IQVIA. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical expertise in a range of therapy areas, directly impacting patients with long-term conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support practices in providing clinical tools and resources to manage patients with long-term conditions.
  • Ensure clinical services are delivered within established protocols, service operating instructions, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice, PCN, or CCG levels where clinical need exists.
  • Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop long-lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organizations.

Requirements:
  • Registered pharmacists.
  • Community or primary care experience desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required, along with remote (home) working.
