Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the existing team member
  • Maintain and control all ledgers, ensuring monthly reviews
  • Set, review, and manage department targets and deadlines
  • Assist with year-end requirements
  • Directly manage property agents and tenants, handling invoicing, cash posting, and arrears management
  • Support cash-flow, budgeting, insurances, and quarterly reporting cycles
  • Provide cover for purchase, subcontractor ledger payments, and other accounting functions
  • Contribute to the review of processes, procedures, and Business Central functionality

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in financial administration
  • Strong time and people management skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely information
  • Construction and property industry awareness or experience
  • Microsoft Business Central/Navision knowledge
