About the Role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions Limited is seeking a Vendor Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our current vendors and working closely with Arrow Account Managers to identify key reseller partners with strong potential for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors to drive business growth and development.
  • Work with Arrow Account Managers to identify and engage new partners, providing regular commercial training and facilitating technical training to drive incremental sales.
  • Regularly forecast opportunities and provide detailed short- and long-term deal information.
  • Support the Sales function by providing sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process, including quoting, fulfilling demand, and ensuring on-time delivery of orders.
  • Act as a Product Specialist, developing knowledge of our vendor product portfolio and taking responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies.

Requirements

  • Sales and prospecting experience.
  • Customer Service Excellence (Customer Focus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good phone etiquette.
  • Delivers Results (Drive for Results).
  • Influence and Relationship Building (Peer Relationships).
  • Sound business acumen and ability to understand and interact with customers of all types.
  • Negotiating.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English.
