We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our multidisciplinary agile team at Inspire People, partnering with HM Land Registry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing accessible, user-friendly public services that meet the Government Service Standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and quality control content creation, updating, and reviewing across the end-to-end user journey
  • Collaborate with senior user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers on multiple projects and services
  • Work with content professionals across HM Land Registry to ensure consistency and coherence across channels
  • Use evidence, data, and research to inform content decisions
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders to advocate for user needs and promote content design maturity
  • Contribute to services assessments and provide content design evidence to support the Government Service Standard
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience designing content for services from concept to final delivery
  • Knowledge of inclusive, accessible content design principles
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions to meet user needs
  • Developing and contributing to high-level strategic content design
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
