Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NPD team, overseeing the development process from concept to launch.

- Optimise development processes and continually improve the service provided to customers.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver common goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a NPD function.
- Experience of working in a retail environment, ideally in the horticulture industry.
- Determination and enthusiasm with strong influencing and organisation skills.
- Highly computer literate, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (written and verbal).
- Ability to work as a team and travel internationally.
