Position Overview
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to perform high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on John Deere and various agricultural machinery for both new and existing clientele.
This role emphasizes customer interaction, requiring you to cultivate strong relationships and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct servicing and maintenance of John Deere and other agricultural machinery in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks as per the established work plan to meet required operational standards.
- Assess and test completed machinery to verify optimal performance levels, and report any additional defects or concerns to the customer.
- Exercise care and respect for both customer and company property.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proficient knowledge and experience with a range of machinery, preferably in construction, agricultural, industrial, or commercial vehicle sectors. Familiarity with field-based diagnostic tools is essential.
- Relationship Management: Ability to engage with customers and foster relationships that lead to a positive service experience. Documenting customer knowledge and technical operations is crucial for effective feedback.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory.
