Position Overview:

Pembrook Resourcing is currently in search of a Human Resources Support Specialist to assist a prominent client in the automotive sector.

The HR Support Specialist will deliver essential administrative assistance to the workforce and will report directly to the HR Office Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the HR Helpdesk to guarantee that inquiries are addressed promptly, efficiently, and accurately, while appropriately assigning tasks.

- Aid in the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce metrics through precise reporting, utilizing reliable data from the HR system.

- Support the execution of annual driving license audits across various locations.

- Ensure adherence to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

- Conduct quarterly data cleansing audits.

- Utilize the HR Payroll system effectively to enhance team efficiencies.

- Adhere to all established policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate records in the HR system for Company Car users to track mileage and private fuel deductions.

- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and practices, ensuring proper application.

- Leverage the new HR system for optimal performance.

- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

- Level 3 CIPD qualified or possess equivalent credentials.

- Proficient in Excel, including the ability to create and format spreadsheets.

- Previous experience within a successful HR team.

- Competent in PC usage, Microsoft applications, and web navigation.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
