HEOR Analyst Job Description

X4 Communications is seeking a highly skilled HEOR Analyst to join our team. As a HEOR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting health economic modeling and research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Literature Reviews and Data Analyses: Conduct thorough literature reviews and data analyses to support health economic modeling and research projects.
  • Develop Cost-Effectiveness Models: Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact models that align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and market access, to design and implement research studies.
  • Present Research Findings: Prepare and present research findings to both internal stakeholders and external audiences, such as healthcare professionals and payers.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to HEOR.
  • Support Manuscript Writing: Assist in writing manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for scientific conferences and publications.
  • Support Value Proposition Documents: Support the creation of value proposition documents and payer communication materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HEOR or related fields (including internships and academic research).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Health Economics Principles: Solid understanding of health economics principles and outcomes measurement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Collaborative Team Player: A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
