**About the Role**

Within the customer care organization division of OVHcloud, the Product Enablement team aims to deliver public events like technical trainings on our solutions to our customers, in order to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions by our customers.

The Product Enablement team is responsible for animating content in person or remotely to spread knowledge and technical expertise to our customers. These activities contribute to the Group's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to our customers during public or private events: tutorials, theoretical training with demo, Tech Labs, Webinars.
  • Create technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).
  • Develop skills and knowledge in one or more areas in order to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Act as an evangelist role with customers.

**Future Impact**

In 6 months, you will have accomplished:

  • You will have delivered and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products.
  • You will have embraced the role of cloud evangelist for our customers.

In 1 year, you will have mastered:

  • You will have developed skills and knowledge in one or more areas in order to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • You will have created technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).

**Required Skills**

  • Excellent oral communication.
  • Proficient in the main pedagogical principles and animation techniques.
  • Experience in educational content design.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler (cloud providers), particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
