We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at RSK Group. As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through meticulous planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with company requirements, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Lead collaborative digital planning and production meetings to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations, and communicate critical paths and key activities to the team.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify opportunities and risks, and explore mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain planning standards across the company, adhering to published processes and ensuring integrity of project plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure consistency in methodology and outputs, and attend meetings as required to provide project-specific reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in large-scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.
  • Essential experience with P6 (Primavera).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage complex project plans effectively.
  • Commitment to health and safety principles.
