Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Person to join our successful team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing product information, and processing customer inquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely product information to customers, including pricing, availability, and delivery details.
  • Process customer inquiries and orders efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, maximizing revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Good knowledge of computer programs, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
