As a member of our Enterprise Technology Team (IT), you will serve as a Technical Support Specialist within the Client Services Team, contributing to a company dedicated to making a positive impact globally while fostering a supportive workplace for its employees.

Role Overview:

The Client Services Team operates as a Tier 2 support unit, acting as the primary interface for Enterprise Technology Solutions, assisting our user community. This position involves both remote and in-person engagements, providing opportunities to establish collaborative relationships across Europe. The role is based in the UK Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering IT assistance to end users situated across various regions including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics, and Switzerland.
  • Coordinating with partners and vendors regarding IT-related user support.
  • Conducting incident and problem analysis to resolve or escalate issues and requests.
  • Providing implementation support as needed.
  • Participating in end-user meetings upon request.
  • Collaborating with global support teams to serve as a local resource, ensuring regional infrastructure maintains high service availability.
  • Creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles.
  • Developing training materials tailored for end users with varying levels of IT proficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in a technical field, along with a minimum of 3 years of IT experience, including 2 years in a technical customer support capacity.
  • A valid driving license is required for travel to provide onsite support.
  • A valid passport is necessary as the role includes travel within Europe.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with end users at all levels, including senior management and executives.

Familiarity with:

  • Microsoft O365 and Windows 10 & 11 OS.
  • Apple macOS and its applications.
  • Mobile devices (Android & iOS) and Mobile Device Management.
  • Remote user support and ITIL processes.
  • ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Microsoft Autopilot, Entra, and Intune.
  • VPN and remote access configuration.
  • FollowMe printing solutions.

Developed Skills:

  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain processes and solutions.
  • Presentation and training capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player, willing to assist colleagues.
  • Proficient in face-to-face interactions.
