Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with various tasks related to conveyancing, including filing, exchanges, title checks, and completions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team with all aspects of conveyancing, including filing, exchanges, title checks, and completions.
- Deal with miscellaneous standard conveyancing matters, including lease/transfer variation and redemption of charges.
- Assist with post-completion matters, such as SDLT returns and Land Registration.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and lenders to progress transactions and update on the progress.
- Manage client files efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in conveyancing law.
Requirements:
