Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with various tasks related to conveyancing, including filing, exchanges, title checks, and completions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the legal team with all aspects of conveyancing, including filing, exchanges, title checks, and completions.
  • Deal with miscellaneous standard conveyancing matters, including lease/transfer variation and redemption of charges.
  • Assist with post-completion matters, such as SDLT returns and Land Registration.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and lenders to progress transactions and update on progress.
  • Manage client files efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks in the office.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Law degree
  • Some form of conveyancing experience
