Job Opportunity

A leading consultancy in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Director of Forensic Planning to join their team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delay analysis and forensic planning, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams of delay analysts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of delay analysts, providing specialist delay and forensic advice to external clients, and delivering expert delay and forensic planning services in line with client briefs. They will also be expected to contribute sections to expert report writing, work towards writing their own expert reports, and provide strategic advice on claims and disputes.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in delay, planning, and related construction and engineering industry experience

  • Significant recent exposure to delay related work at both a hands-on and managerial level
  • Direct experience in forensic planning
  • Some knowledge of the Scottish legal market
