Job Summary:

The Royal British Legion is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recovery Support Officer to join our Recovery Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our Recovery Programmes and activities, which include adaptive sport, inclusive adventure activities, recovery through arts, and the Invictus Games experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside expert coaches to deliver Recovery Programmes and activities, maximizing the recovery benefits for each beneficiary.
  • Endorse early intervention and sustained long-term recovery, ensuring beneficiaries receive the best possible support.
  • Develop a full understanding of Recovery Service Programmes and pathways available to beneficiaries, both internally and externally.
  • Support programmes delivered nationally and internationally, including extended periods away, weekends, and out-of-hours support.
