The RoleWe're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Rider Specialist to be the face of our brand. As a Rider Specialist, you'll provide exceptional customer service, promote our light electric vehicle rental options, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Your Mission:- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product information, lease agreements, and rentals.
- Achieve customer acquisition and retention targets.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment through expert product knowledge.
- Process lease agreements and rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support store operations, including stock management and customer data management.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems.
- Knowledge of the last-mile delivery industry is preferred.
