About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Priory Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure that the care home is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all care staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse with active pin - RGN/RMN/RNLD.
  • Previous managerial experience in a social care setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
