Role Overview
The ideal candidate will engage in complex projects, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients. Reporting directly to a senior partner or associate, the role encompasses comprehensive project management from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project development from conception to finalization under the mentorship of a senior partner or associate.
  • Draft project management strategies, oversee financial aspects, compose reports, and create technical schematics.
  • Lead project teams and make informed decisions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with various professionals and clients, playing a crucial role in project execution and delivery.
  • Guide and develop team members, ensuring the success of projects.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience with UK Building Control submissions.
  • Proven creativity in civil engineering design solutions.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations and guidelines in civil engineering design.
  • Proficient in design software such as PDS, Micro Drainage, and AutoCAD.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CDM Regulations and professional risk management practices.
