We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Recovery Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health support needs.

About the Role:

As a Recovery Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
  • Encouraging service users to engage in a range of activities and social events, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Providing excellent tenancy support, including completing welfare checks, assisting with appointments, and supporting service users with daily living skills.

Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (to be agreed) are available, with a willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including weekends and bank holidays.
