Job Summary

The Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and patient safety.
