About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care, including referrals, admissions, and discharges.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
  • Experience in hospital posts and general practice specialist training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical and information governance skills.
