The Role

In the capacity of a Training and Development Officer, you will work closely with management to deliver training and support through various methods, including digital platforms, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Your responsibilities will include evaluating trainee progress, providing constructive feedback, and conducting site visits to uphold standards and identify training requirements. Additionally, you will manage training documentation and systems.

Required Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in coaching and talent development
  • Proficient in delivering both remote and face-to-face training
