Position Overview

SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT ADVISOR

This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced Private Client Advisor or a Partner Designate to join a dynamic and expanding regional legal practice.

ABOUT THE FIRM:

This regional legal practice operates multiple offices and is actively enhancing its thriving Private Client divisions across all locations. The selected Partner will lead and be supported by a dedicated team of legal professionals, trainees, and administrative staff, managing a diverse portfolio of Private Client cases.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The firm boasts a robust Private Client practice, providing a comprehensive array of legal services including wills, trusts, estate administration, tax advisory, Power of Attorney, and inheritance disputes.

As a Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a complete caseload of Private Client matters,
  • Guiding junior legal professionals and trainees,
  • Collaborating with fellow Partners and legal staff across the firm's offices, and
  • Engaging in business development and team leadership.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate will either be a current Partner or possess sufficient experience to transition into a Partner role.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Comprehensive experience in all areas of Private Client law,
  • A background in, or a willingness to, mentor junior legal professionals and trainees,
  • Possession of the STEP qualification, or a commitment to pursue it, and
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, case management, and communication.
