Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Training and Support: Deliver specialized training and assistance to automotive body shops and dealerships, ensuring readiness for customer demands and facilitating new product introductions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and regular interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Axalta and U-Pol products, offering technical guidance and support.
- Problem Resolution: Address product-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and evaluate data, report findings, and implement necessary actions based on insights.
- Quality Improvement: Assist clients in enhancing the quality and efficiency of their product usage.
- Travel and Safety: Be prepared for domestic travel to provide training and support, while prioritizing safety protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
