About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Major Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our high-performing Theatre Team. Our client operates a network of private hospitals and clinics across the UK, offering a wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating theatre room for surgery, ensuring minimal waste and optimal equipment usage.
  • Run a theatre list without supervision and mentor junior staff as needed.
  • Assess patients' health and well-being across a complex caseload.
  • Provide patient care, set up for cases, and assist in the day-to-day running of theatres.
Requirements

We are looking for a Scrub Nurse (RGN) with NMC or HCPC registration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication and organization skills.
