Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the selected candidate will have extensive experience in client management and strategic planning, with a keen interest in the realms of (Growth) Business Development & Marketing. A proven history in business development and a solid understanding of the media landscape will be crucial as they aim to expand their agency-wide responsibilities , focusing primarily on the agency's commercial advancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to formulate the agency's growth strategy, encompassing new business initiatives, organic expansion, and marketing efforts.
- Oversee significant pitch processes, ensuring that critical milestones are met and that communication with internal and external stakeholders is maintained.
- Manage smaller business opportunities (through agency partnerships or direct client engagement) where the objectives are clearly defined.
- Assist the growth team in executing marketing initiatives aimed at agency or client objectives, all designed to enhance both short- and long-term business pipelines.
- Supervise the Head of New Business and Head of Marketing, who together lead a team of four.
- Ensure the team consistently updates all business development pipelines and financial reports, communicating updates or recommendations internally.
- Collaborate with the cross-agency managing partner group to identify client and business development opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
- Support client teams in the organic growth of products and services by aiding in the development, shaping, and presentation of our offerings.
- Potentially manage a select group of clients to nurture and expand relationships.
- Experience in a senior-level planning or client service role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships across the Managing Partner group and engage with board-level stakeholders.
- A proactive and optimistic growth mindset.
- Familiarity with media to effectively evaluate responses.
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to manage peers and leadership.
- Experience in Business Development & Marketing.
