As a key member of the TalkTalk Group Executive Committee, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and digital transformation. The UK fixed telco retail market is undergoing significant changes, and we need a seasoned finance leader to help us navigate this shift and achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing organisation to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead agile-based transformation projects to deliver the company strategy, focusing on value creation and transformation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Ensure sufficient capital allocation and investment in business activities and initiatives that drive long-term value.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure the optimum balance between growth, profitability, and risk management.
  • Contribute to the weekly trading Exco, providing trading updates and forward-looking views of risk and opportunities.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team, focusing on leadership, development, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the broader market and strategic drivers.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to challenge positively and debate confidently with exec-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial detail and insight in an accessible manner.
  • Proven experience in managing risk and identifying value creation opportunities.
  • Well-organised, highly analytical, and a qualified accountant.
