You will negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure that documents accurately reflect commercial decisions and enable the business to meet its strategic priorities, while at all times remaining consistent with legal and regulatory obligations.
Commercial Advisory ServicesYou will provide commercial advisory services to the business, helping to achieve its strategic and fiscal objectives while maintaining its ethos as a value provider.
Dispute ResolutionYou will manage disputes and litigation in a commercial, cost-effective manner, ensuring that the business's interests are protected.
Ad Hoc Legal SupportYou will provide ad hoc legal support to stakeholders, keeping the Head of Legal and wider team informed at all times of important matters.
Complex ProjectsYou will be involved in complex projects, including acquisitions, disposals, and corporate finance deals, providing legal advice and support to ensure successful outcomes.
